Returns & Exchanges Policy
7 Days Return: We offer a 7 days return policy for our custom t-shirts. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a replacement/return. However, to initiate a claim, an unboxing video is strictly mandatory as proof. The video must start before the parcel is opened and show the packaging label and the defect clearly.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 48 to 72 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges apply to all orders and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently only accept prepaid orders.
