Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for our custom t-shirts. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

We take immense pride in our quality control. However, if you receive an item that is physically damaged during transit or if we have made a manufacturing error that contradicts your order details, we will provide a replacement.

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once our craftsmen begin the process for your custom gear, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email our support team at wearonsoul@gmail.com with your order number. (If you received a damaged item, you must attach the unboxing video).
2. Review: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide further shipping instructions.
3. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method.
